Stepwise Process of Creating a Signature File in OE
Signature files are basically small text attachments, which are attached or added to every email that you create/send. You can use this to give your contact info (like Name, Email address, Phone Number, Company Name etc). You can also use this if you have to add a quote that you really like, or a poem that you want to be added at the end of your mails. You can have multiple signature files, but you can use only one signature file at one time. Here is the stepwise process to create a signature file in Outlook Express:
- Go to Tools à Options
- Click Options
- Go to the Signature tab
- Click New
- Fill the signature content in the text box. This signature message will be included automatically at the end of every new email/reply mail/forward mail that you create
- Click OK
